- The product is not damaged, except for defects or damage caused before delivery to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or special-order items.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Items showing signs of use, installation, or alteration.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Reason for return

- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
